Job summary

The Moore’s Club at The Moore in Miami seeks a Server Assistant to support runners and servers, ensuring organized, clean guest spaces and timely service. You will help reset tables, restock napkins and glassware, and assist in dishwashing when needed, contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, can work flexible schedules including weekends, and demonstrate strong basic communication and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables before service with meticulously arranged place settings.
• Stock stations with plate ware, glassware, and silverware at shift start.
• Deliver water promptly and assist other sections as needed.
• Clear tables between courses and reset for new guests.
• Polish silverware and store properly.
• Complete side work and ensure bar cabinets are stocked before service.
