Job summary

The One Group in Miami is seeking a personable Server to join our upscale dining team. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience, provide menu recommendations, and ensure accurate order delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have prior high-volume restaurant experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a guest-first attitude. Night/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and enter into POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management.
• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.
