Job summary

The Moore in Miami, FL is seeking a Server Assistant to support the runners, servers, and management team by cleaning and resetting tables, restocking items, and assisting in dishwashing as needed. You will work closely with Captains to uphold world-class service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities include executing water service, maintaining knowledge of the menu and allergens, and helping maintain clean service areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment.
• Knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dining room protocols.
• Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; availability nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Captains in delivering world-class service and maintaining attentiveness and discretion.
• Execute water and beverage service, tableside presentations, clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods to answer guest questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations; communicate effectively with team.
