K5 Hospitality is hiring a Front of House Manager to lead operations at one of Atlanta's premier upscale dining groups. The role demands a service-driven leader who can drive guest satisfaction, coach a passionate team, and maintain brand standards across busy service periods.

Responsibilities include overseeing all FOH during service, managing seating and reservations (Resy preferred), training staff, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism while supporting the GM and collaborating

Qualifications

• Three+ years of management experience in upscale or high-volume dining.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, steps of service, and guest engagement.
• Experience with staffing, training, scheduling, and managing FOH teams.
• Skilled in handling guest relations, conflict resolution, and service recovery.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Hands-on manager with a lead-by-example mentality and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations during service.
• Ensure consistent, high-level service across all shifts.
• Coach and train staff to uphold brand and service standards.
• Manage floor plans, seating, guest flow, and reservation systems (Resy preferred).
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support the General Manager and work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams.
