CUT Las Vegas, Wolfgang Puck’s acclaimed modern steakhouse, is seeking a dependable Polisher to join our team. You’ll polish glassware and service wares to high presentation standards, keep work areas clean, and restock dining room essentials.

This role supports the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment, requires a detail-oriented mindset, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as Polisher or in restaurant support preferred.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Polish and prepare glassware, silverware, and service ware to meet high standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Restock dining room and service stations with china, glassware, silverware, linens, and other essentials.
• Fold napkins and prepare place settings for service.
• Organize and replenish supplies, shelves, and service stations.
• Support front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked environment throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with the team and assist with additional duties as needed.
