The position requires supervisory experience in an upscale setting, deep knowledge of cocktails and wines, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Ensure quality and presentation of cocktails, wine, and small plates.
• Maintain ambiance through lighting, music, and cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to create personalized, memorable experiences.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and specials.
• Manage scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and ordering of bar supplies.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
