Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Tiki Taka outlet in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on leading F&B operations, coaching staff, and delivering Forbes 5-Star service to guests.

The position requires supervisory experience in an upscale setting, deep knowledge of cocktails and wines, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

starting rate: $23.00 per hour

F&B Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training and scheduling. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
