Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead opening, service, and closing procedures, ensuring quality cocktails, wine, and small plates, while maintaining ambience and guest engagement. You will supervise staff, coordinate pre-shift priorities, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and Forbes 5-Star standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handlers license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Ensure quality and presentation of cocktails, wine, and small plates.
• Maintain ambiance through lighting, music, and cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to create personalized, memorable experiences.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and specials.
• Manage scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and ordering of bar supplies.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
