Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Kelsey’s Loft Server to deliver Four Diamond service. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while maintaining Four Diamond standards.

Responsibilities include upselling, accurate billing, knowledge of the menu, safety procedures, and teamwork; note eligibility for required certifications and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Display our Four Diamond commitment to guest service at all times.
• Understand Pechanga Kelsey’s Loft standards, policies, and procedures including menu, service techniques, and etiquette.
• Understand allergies and dietary restrictions and answer guest questions about the menu.
• Take guests' orders accurately and in a timely manner per steps of service.
• Maintain accurate running checks and present final bill; process payments per PRC procedures.
• Clear all soiled china, glassware, and silverware throughout guests’ experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
