Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks an 1882 Cantina Server to provide Four Diamond service at the dining tables. You will greet guests, upsell menu items, pair dishes and beverages, and ensure accurate orders with timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience, plus certifications such as TIPS and Food Handlers Card. This on-site role requires strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience preferred to perform this job.
• Must be able to qualify and maintain a class 'A' gaming license.
• TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet tables with a warm, personable approach.
• Sell menu items, pairings, and beverages.
• Tailor service to guest expectations.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Take and deliver beverage orders for each table.
• Prep tables for service and clear used items smoothly.
• Know menu items (food/beverage/wine) and service etiquette.
• Maintain running checks and process payments per PRC procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
