Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking an enthusiastic 1882 Cantina Server to greet tables, upsell menu items, and deliver Four Diamond service in a fast-paced dining room. Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, pairing wine and dishes, maintaining a running check, and processing payments while upholding service etiquette and knowledge of the menu and resort amenities.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience are preferred, with TIPS certification and a Food

TIPS certification, Food Handler’s Card, and gaming license eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

Greet tables upon arrival with a warm, personable approach.
Sell menu items by pairing items and matching guest tastes.
Tailor service to guest expectations as a guest ambassador for four‑diamond service.
Take guests’ orders accurately and deliver food orders in a timely manner.
Take and deliver beverage orders for each table.
Preset tables with needed service items.
Clear all used china, glass, and silverware throughout dining experience.
Maintain knowledge of all menu items and proper service etiquette.
Keep a running check and present the final bill, processing payments per procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
