Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience preferred.
• Must be able to qualify and maintain a class A gaming license.
• TIPS certification.
• Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Greet tables upon arrival with a warm and personable approach.
• Sell menu items by being specific and pairing items to guests’ tastes.
• Be an ambassador of the guest by tailoring service to their expectations.
• Take guests’ orders accurately and deliver food orders on time.
• Take and deliver beverage orders for each table.
• Preset tables for service with needed items.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items (food/beverage/wine).
• Demonstrate proper service etiquette with guests.
• Keep accurate running checks and present final bills, processing payments per PRC procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
