Gun Lake Casino Resort in Wayland, MI seeks an enthusiastic F&B Host/Cashier to deliver AAA 4-Diamond service. You will greet and seat guests, manage wait lists, take orders for dine-in and carry-out, and handle cash with accuracy.

The role requires maintaining a clean work area, promoting upsells, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ideal candidates will have 18+ years, a High School Diploma or GED, cash handling experience, and TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior experience in a high-volume guest service or casino setting preferred.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy during transactions.
• Must obtain/maintain Alcohol Awareness (TIPS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide AAA 4-Diamond guest service while serving food and beverages.
• Greet, seat, and assist guests; manage wait lists and seating times.
• Ring in carry-out and cart orders; handle cash and payments accurately.
• Promote upselling of grab-and-go items and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety/health standards.
• Monitor dining room activity and communicate guest opportunities to management.
• Assist in bussing, resetting tables, and overall station coverage.
• Comply with all policies; obtain gaming license eligibility as required.
