Gun Lake Casino Resort is hiring an F&B Host/Cashier to deliver AAA 4-Diamond service as guests are greeted, seated, and served. You will manage wait times, assist with carry-out orders, and handle cash transactions with accuracy on the casino floor.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, cash handling experience, and availability for a flexible schedule. TIPS certification and gaming eligibility are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior experience preferred.
• Must have cash handling experience in a casino environment.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain Alcohol Awareness (TIPS) certification.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take names for a wait and manage accurate wait times.
• Ring in carry-out and food cart orders for team members and guests.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Promote, upsell, and contribute to guest satisfaction while serving on the casino floor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with health standards.
