Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service, front desk, or concierge experience.
• Commitment to world-class internal and external guest service.
• Ability to learn ticketing/reservation systems and local area knowledge.
• Comfort with data entry and information searches.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily arrivals/departures per Forbes service standards.
• Know all groups, VIPs, and estate outlets; assist with PBX/Front Desk.
• Process messages, faxes, and end-of-day reporting; support guests with amenities.
• Provide directions, recommendations, and travel arrangements.
• Upsell and assist with reservations while maintaining safety procedures.
• Act as ambassador for Biltmore; build positive relationships with guests.
