Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of food server experience in a high-volume, upscale or similar setting.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English fluently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests.
• Maintain accurate menu knowledge and upsell items per standards.
• Use POS system to enter orders and handle cash payments.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
• Deliver meals within three minutes of order completion.
• Resolve service issues and assist bussing and table maintenance.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and liquor laws.
