Responsibilities include assisting servers, keeping stations stocked, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Applicants should have prior customer service experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Read, understand and speak Basic English.
• Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy carts.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to guests, servers and hosts.
• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and restock from warehouse.
• Clear tables of dishes, glassware and utensils and transport to designated areas.
• Reset tables with silverware, linen, napkins and glassware.
• Assist servers with refills and guest needs.
• Clean and sanitize counters, sinks and floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas per health standards.
• Dispose of refuse according to procedures.
• Resolve service issues according to standards.
