Responsibilities

• Uphold hospitality and professionalism with guests and team.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Follow all steps of service with consistency, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the station.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team for a seamless service.
• Create memorable guest experiences throughout each visit.
• Address guest concerns with grace and professionalism; accommodate special requests when possible.
