You will assist with food running, bussing, and table maintenance while ensuring impeccable guest service. Training and opportunities to advance to Server or Bartender roles are available through consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of table settings, food service flow, and dining room etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand guest needs and follow service direction.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English, including safety and sanitation notices.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Ability to push or move carts weighing up to 200 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and seat positioning.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests throughout the dining experience.
• Pre-bus and clear tables efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, stock silverware and condiments.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, respond to spills and service recovery, and support opening/closing side work.
