Job summary

The Polo Room Palm Beach is seeking servers assistants/bussers to join our fast-paced restaurant team in Florida. This role supports the service team by keeping dining areas clean, resetti ng tables quickly, and assisting with food running to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, answering guest questions about menu items, replenishing supplies, and helping open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; marking tables; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
