Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Working knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and poolside offerings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English to explain menu items and record orders.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through poolside service areas.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while working in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Food Running & Service Support: assist with delivering food from kitchen to poolside tables and cabanas.
• Table Maintenance & Poolside Bussing: clear and reset tables and cabanas to maintain flow.
• Service Area Readiness & Station Support: stock supplies and keep service areas organized.
• Outdoor Operations & Safety Awareness: work safely in heat, sun, and wet surfaces.
• Side Work, Cleaning & Team Support: complete opening/closing duties and cleaning tasks.
• Internal Relationships: reports to the Restaurant General Manager and collaborates with servers and bartenders.
