• Take and enter cocktail and dessert orders accurately into the POS system.
• Repeat orders to guests to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage items promptly with appropriate accompaniments.
• Monitor tables for guest needs, refill beverages, and maintain pacing.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Present and process guest checks per restaurant procedures.
