Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support poolside service by keeping stations clean and helping with food running in a dynamic outdoor setting.

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with basic hospitality experience who work well under pressure, stay organized outdoors, and aspire to advance into Server or Bartender positions. You will collaborate with Servers, Bartenders, and Culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six (6) months of prior experience in server assistant/food runner/busser preferred.
• Resort or outdoor service experience a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications as applicable.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food from kitchen to poolside tables and cabanas.
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before serving.
• Bus and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of poolside areas.
• Stock supplies and support servers and bartenders.
• Work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions.
