• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Delivery of world-class guest service and ability to work with a guest-service oriented team.
• Outstanding attention to detail and speed/accuracy in job functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; proactive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Replenish table items and anticipate guest needs; clear dining area per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of service procedures, standards, and policies.
• Comply with state liquor regulations, including restrictions on minors and intoxicated persons.
• Replace soiled linens, clean and reset tables with silverware and glassware.
• Maintain table settings, replenish utensils, and monitor spills or special needs.
• Close dining facility by cleaning areas and removing trash."
