The Thoroughbred Club is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests and start their dining experience on a positive note. You will manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while communicating with servers to ensure seamless service and a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality and/or food & beverage experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and write.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to seats, presenting menus.
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists to optimize flow and turnover.
• Communicate wait times and seating updates to guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean host station and ensure menus are presentable.
