Qualifications

• 3–5+ years management experience in high-volume, upscale dining.
• Proven passion for hospitality, food & wine culture.
• Food Manager Certification required; degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH & BOH operations with excellence and professionalism.
• Drive guest satisfaction, team performance & operational results.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting & cost controls.
• Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality dining & beverage programs.
• Recruit, train & develop top hospitality talent; build high-performing teams.
• Inspire, mentor & hold managers accountable for their areas of responsibility.
• Build strong community and guest relationships through presence and engagement.
