Job summary

Flight Club Las Vegas is hiring servers for both part-time and full-time shifts. You will welcome guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure a high-energy, memorable experience in our social darts venue.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, prompt service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must hold valid food handler and alcohol certifications, have at least two years of high-volume experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have food handler and alcohol certifications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume service.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and deliver exceptional service with menu knowledge.
• Build rapport with guests and maintain a welcoming attitude.
• Use the till system for accurate transactions and reduce errors.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure sections are ready for service.
• Train new servers to uphold company standards and teamwork.
