Job summary

Flight Club Denver is seeking energetic servers to provide a high-quality darts and dining experience. You’ll deliver knowledgeable service, build guest rapport, and process orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Required are 2+ years in a high-volume setting, current food and alcohol certifications, and the ability to stand for long periods. Full-time/part-time roles with flexible shifts and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.
• Must pass exams with 90%+ in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer and deliver exceptional service.
• Build rapport with guests using excellent communication.
• Use the till system to process accurate transactions.
• Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Create a welcoming energy and train new servers.
