You will assist during peak times, uphold sanitation standards, and participate in ongoing training to pass exams with at least 90% in food-related modules. This position offers part-time or full-time hours with competitive tips plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, build rapport, and communicate requests.
• Assist teammates during high-pressure periods and train new runners.
• Maintain sanitation and proper handling of gaming equipment and food areas.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure floor readiness for service.
