Job summary

Flight Club Darts in Las Vegas seeks a friendly Server to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, social darts venue. You will take orders, guide guests through menus, and ensure accurate food and beverage delivery while maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires 2 years of high-volume service experience, valid food and alcohol certifications, and the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
• Authorized to legally work in the US

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer – Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests’ preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Be Respectful of Company Resources – Use the till system responsibly, ensuring accurate transactions and minimizing errors.
• Show Urgency – Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day.
• Create Positive Energy – Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service.

Position Purpose

Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories

• Food and Beverage
• All issued training testing throughout employment

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment

Server Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $12.00 hour plus tips
• Ability to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)
• Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)
• Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.
• Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.
