Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• English fluency (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant experience.
• Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance the experience.
• Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Make managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
• Check on guests during their drinks to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
