Job summary

Riviera Dining Group is seeking polished bartenders to deliver exceptional beverages in a luxury, fast-paced dining environment in Miami. You will guide guests through a world-class cocktail program, maintain station readiness, and uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in upscale venues, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and a hospitality-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or cocktail bar/lounge.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handling certification in compliance with state regulations preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and pairings.
• Provide attentive, personalized beverage service guiding guests through the dining experience.
• Follow service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations for a safe, elevated environment.
• Complete opening and ongoing side work, stocking and organizing stations for service.
• Handle products, equipment, and tools properly to maintain quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate guest feedback, product concerns, or operational needs to leadership in a timely manner.
