Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connection.
• Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients is a plus.
• Fluent read/write/speak English; able to multi-task and work well in a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable work ethic; maintain a clean appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays; able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area and restock supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; take orders and make recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions, payments and tabs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
