Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC, operator of Auberge The Knox Dallas, is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury setting. You will prepare cocktails and a wide range of beverages, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to an elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities include recommending beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, ensuring accurate orders and payments, and upholding Forbes- or Branded-service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Experience in luxury or upscale settings preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Excellent guest-focused communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with consistency and quality.
• Engage guests and build rapport, anticipating needs.
• Assist guests in selecting beverages based on preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and specials.
• Input orders via POS accurately and process payments.
