Collaborating with bartenders and support staff, you will ensure accurate, timely service and a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests from arrival through departure
• Describe signature cocktails, spirits, Champagne, wine, and nonalcoholic selections; recommend beverages based on guest preferences
• Take accurate beverage and food orders, confirm modifications and allergies, and enter orders promptly into the POS system
• Coordinate with bartenders, barbacks, food runners, and culinary teams
