Qualifications

• Extensive guest service experience in a fine dining/upscale setting preferred.
• Excellent guest relations and communications; ability to deliver warm hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse guest service scenarios.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; show initiative.

Responsabilités

• Process guest orders ensuring proper preparation and timely delivery.
• Present, open, and pour wine for guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Total bills and process payments or refer to supervisors.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverages; upsell items.
• Operate POS system according to guidelines.
• Keep uniforms clean and professional; arrive ready to work.
• Assist with stocking, removing and resetting tables between courses.
• Complete side duties before shift end and prep for next meal period.
• Conduct oneself in line with Biltmore goals, culture and service standards.
• Maintain a clean working environment focused on sanitation and safety.
