Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of restaurant management in upscale settings, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in upscale environments.
• Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations while maintaining service standards.
• Coach, train, and develop FOH team members.
• Create a welcoming environment with attentive, professional service.
• Maintain strong floor presence during peak periods.
• Manage scheduling, labor, staffing levels, and priorities.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into positives.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless FOH/BOH communication.
