We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Floor Manager to join one of Atlanta's premier upscale restaurant operations. We are looking for more than just an experienced manager. Personality is everything! The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, engaging personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to connect with guests and employees alike. This individual should be charismatic, energetic, approachable, and passionate about hospitality. We want someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor, building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and bringing positive energy to the restaurant every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a highly visible, engaging presence throughout the dining room.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences and repeat business.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $80, 000

Performance Bonus: 20%

Total Potential Annual Compensation: Up to $96, 000
