Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage and arrival needs.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain facilities, and promote hotel outlets.
• Deliver luggage, messages, and packages; handle special requests.
• Transport departing guests' luggage and verify all items are accounted for.
• Keep luggage storage area tidy and secure; provide courteous service.
• Stay informed about hotel events and local attractions to advise guests.
