Job summary

SLS LUX Brickell in Miami is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and promote the hotel's outlets. You will deliver luggage, respond to guest requests, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the stay.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a public-facing position, and strong English communication. A gracious demeanor, the ability to multitask, and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor is essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain positive relationships with other employees and departments.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain room facilities, and promote hotel outlets.
• Deliver luggage, messages, etc., and handle guest requests to ensure comfort.
• Transport departing guests' luggage from room to lobby and verify all items are accounted for.
• Keep luggage storage area clean and ensure safe storage procedures.
