Job summary

FAENA Miami Beach seeks a professional bartender to take guest orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain bar stock and cleanliness. You will manage the POS system, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold liquor regulations in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling beverages, delivering excellent service, and supporting servers during events to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or beverage service in hospitality settings.
• Ability to upsell beverages and deliver excellent guest service.
• Strong cash handling and basic accounting for POS till and tips.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness and organization; replenish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and hotel policies; handle payments and close the shift per procedures.
