Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bar/restaurant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel environment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand and walk during the entire shift.
• Must pass Responsible Service of Alcohol test with 90%+.
• Spanish language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Interact with guests with clear, enthusiastic communication.
• Keep bar stocked and clean to company standards.
• Ring drink orders in the computer and handle payments.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for an attractive display.
• Prepare bar for the next shift.
• Provide responsible alcohol service and refer to management when needed.
