Job summary

Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL seeks a part-time Banquet Bartender to deliver courteous beverage service in our hotel restaurant, lounge and banquet spaces. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ banquet bartender experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests in a timely manner and up to hotel standards.
• Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.
• Exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
• Maintain good coordination while preparing and serving orders quickly.
• Interact with guests and patrons.
• Ensure all working areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Understand the operational setup and principle of the restaurant or lounge.
• Maintain knowledge of all menus within the hotel.
• Maintain stock and supplies of the banquet bar.
