The role requires knowledge of cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in an upscale setting. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a similar upscale hospitality setting.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Comprehensive knowledge of craft cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
• Display deep menu knowledge of liquors, beers, wines.
• Assess needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes.
• Plan and present bar menu; coordinate inventory and orders.
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain guest focus and excellent experience.
• Listen to complaints and resolve issue promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
