Job summary

Faena Group in Miami Beach is seeking a personable bartender to take guest orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Faena specifications, and maintain bar stock, supplies and cleanliness.

As part of the team you will greet guests, input orders into the POS, manage payments, upsell drinks, and ensure compliance with state liquor regulations while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Input orders into system; legibly document orders when system is down.
