CoralTree Hospitality seeks a seasoned Bartender to join ParOne Clubhouse at Skyridge. You will craft cocktails, wine pairings, and beverages with precision, delivering memorable guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

You will maintain extensive drink knowledge, train with the team, and provide exceptional service during evenings, weekends, and events. Competitive benefits accompany a dynamic hospitality team at Skyridge Park City.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience; upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and premium spirits.
• Experience with craft cocktail preparation and elevated beverage programs.
• Current alcohol service certification and food handler permit as required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
• Recommend pairings based on guest preferences.
• Ensure quality and consistency of drinks.
• Engage guests with professional, personalized recommendations.
• Keep bar stocked and clean, support servers.
