Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a high-energy, upscale setting. You will engage guests, recommend drinks, and provide an interactive experience while maintaining high sanitation standards.

You will be responsible for preparing cocktails, maintaining knowledge of spirits and wines, and assisting with food running and floor support as needed. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and craft beer.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and beverages to high standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations and an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Assist with food running, bussing tables, and supporting hosts when needed.
