ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah, seeks a seasoned Bartender to elevate beverage programs and guest experiences. Join our opening team to craft wine, cocktails, and beer with precision and hospitality.

You will partner with dining to deliver seamless service, maintain stock, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Experience in fine dining and a current alcohol-service certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium spirits.
• Current alcohol service certification and food handler permit as required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of wine list, spirits, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Recommend pairings and beverages based on guest preferences and menu selections.
