ParOne Clubhouse at Skyridge, operated by CoralTree Hospitality Group, seeks a seasoned bartender to join the opening team in Park City, Utah. You will craft wine, cocktails, and other beverages with care, delivering guest experiences marked by hospitality and precision.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of upscale bartending experience, strong knowledge of wine and spirits, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Join us for a dynamic, guest‑focused role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium spirits required.
• Experience with craft cocktails and elevated beverage programs preferred.
• Current alcohol service certification and food handler permit as required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of wine lists, spirits, beers, and seasonal cocktails.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu selections.
• Ensure consistency and quality of every drink served.
• Engage guests professionally with personalized recommendations.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts.
• Support dining room service by assisting servers and guests.
• Verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service.
• Participate in beverage trainings and product education.
• Assist with inventory and bar preparation as assigned.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
