Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Customer service: greet guests, assist with selections, handle inquiries with courtesy.
• Beverage knowledge: understand menu ingredients, pairings, and trends; educate guests.
• Inventory management: monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; manage stock within budget.
• Cleanliness and organization: maintain a clean bar, sanitize equipment, and manage bar tools.
• Cash handling: process payments, give change, reconcile sales at shift end.
• Teamwork: collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders; assist training when needed.
